"One of the passengers suffers from Alzheimer's and needed assistance and understanding from the driver. The driver was absolutely fantastic! He called me when he arrived at the Exeter hotel to collect them and reassured me that he would look after the clients. He delivered them safely to the London hotel, making sure they were in safe hands before leaving them, then called me to say they were safely at the hotel. Really, really pleased with the service provided. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. Please pass on my sincerest thanks to him."
