"It was a very pleasant experience, there was some confusion with the first driver but the customer service handled the situation well and found me another driver. I left a 10 pound tip which is unusual even for me but it was a woman and she handled all my suitcase with ease."

"Although my taxi arrived late, the driver contacted and let me know in advance (the reason was due to the previous customer). Before the journey took place, I received a text message from the driver introducing himself and providing me with his mobile number - which I thought was great. My taxi driver was friendly, polite and held good conversation. The journey itself was completed without issue. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. "
