"Everything was fine. BUT: initially I mentioned that how many luggage we have and number of people. But a day before our trip, Prima contacted me asking to upgrade the car to a van. They said they can't fit two suitcases into a saloon car. Which is not correct as we have done that so many times. They were very quick to exchange email to charge me more for a van. But after I finished my journey, I asked them that I wish to cancel my return trip. I sent several emails during couple of days and they never replied. "
